Poodle Card Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Poodle Card LLC! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our prepaid single-use debit card (the "Card"). By purchasing, activating, or using the Card, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Introduction
- Poodle Card is a prepaid, single-use debit card issued for purchases at participating merchants.
- The Card is not reloadable, does not support cash withdrawals, and is not linked to a bank account.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a Poodle Card.
- Parents or legal guardians may purchase Cards for minors but remain responsible for compliance with these Terms.
3. Card Use
- The Card can only be used for purchases up to the loaded balance.
- Merchants may place temporary holds for certain transactions.
4. Fund Transfers
- If a Card is lost, you can deactivate the card in the dashboard and move funds to another card.
- Fund transfers between Cards are only allowed if the balance is $1.00 or greater.
- If the balance falls below $1.00, the funds cannot be transferred.
5. Card Activation and Expiry
- Cards must be activated before use via our website or mobile app.
6. Lost or Stolen Cards
- Poodle Card is not responsible for lost or stolen Cards.
- If a Card is lost, you can deactivate the card in the dashboard and move funds to another card.
7. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of the Card constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado.
By using the Poodle Card, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Card.
